Our Story
Shailesh Shah commenced his career as a property & finance broker in 1985 with reputed builder Babubhai Kanakia & Sons. This foundation laid the groundwork for nearly four decades of expertise in real estate and finance.
In 1996, he expanded into vehicle and white goods financing through V J Financial Services along with CA Ashok J Kanakia. This venture evolved into V J FINVEST PVT LTD, a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) in 2005, conducting mass-scale leasing and hire purchase business across Maharashtra.
Novira Realty was incorporated in December 2014 to channel Shailesh Shah's vast experience alongside his son Jeet Shah (MBA - Marketing, James Cook University, Singapore). The company focuses on redevelopment of residential & commercial projects in Mumbai & Thane district.
Today, our firm combines over 25 years of construction experience with modern project management tools, QA/QC methods, and safety protocols. We actively deal in real estate and rent properties to corporate entities including banks, finance companies, and brokers.
